We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new exiting range of 350mm Avancer diamond blades. They are as follows...

1) The new Avancer Professional that comes standard with 15mm high segments. This blade was launched in January 2010 and was so successful that we sold the first shipment out in two weeks. This blades comes in two products classes, namely, the SC80 for Abrasive materials and the SC10 for hard materials. They are currently in stock and awaiting your orders.

2) This is our newly branded blade, the Avancer Red Devil, this is actually our tried and tested Avancer 350mm blades that you have been currently getting from us. We have rebranded it the Red Devil to align it with its 230mm sibling, so as you can see there are no quality changes, purely a rebranding of the product only. They are available in the following classes: Old Concrete, Green Concrete, Asphalt and General Masonry.

3) This is our current, tried and trusted Avancer Euro-Cut. This is the cheapest of the three siblings and the only changes to this blade was adding the Avancer logo to the boxing as well as the labels. They are available in the following classes: Old Concrete, Green Concrete, Asphalt and General Masonry.

The SC Blade range is specifically designed for the user who wants the very best in Diamond Blade quality, performance and life.

Designed for low cost per cut it gives maximum blade life and performance due to it high Quality Diamond Grit. The excellent bond formulation enables it to have a wide span of application making it one of the most versatile blades in the industry. With 15mm high segments and high quality metal blank which is  highly engineered from the best steel it is then tensioned giving it great all round performance.

Application - For hard non-abrasive products, very hard concrete, Class A engineering bricks, 65-100 Newton clay paviours, hard paving slabs, reinforced concrete lintels, kerbs, hard clay roof tiles, hard slate, vitrified clay products.

SC80

Application - High performance blades with deep draft segments for undercut protection. Asphalt, asphalt over concrete, abrasive blocks, breeze blocks, green concrete, medium to soft sandstone and other abrasive refractory materials.

New Diamond Metal Cutting and Grinding Products

These products have been manufactured using the latest state of the art vacuum brazing methods.

According to our overseas partner these blades have been tested extensively in the U.K and according to them they can cut the following products with ease:
Steel, rebar, ductile iron, angle iron, concrete, brick, PVC Pipe, roof sheeting, sheet metal etc.

We have just received our first batch of test samples and are in the process of putting them through a comprehensive testing phase.
Once this is complete we will be able to furnish you with all the facts about the performance of these products, there cost per cut, there life expectancy etc.

These vacuum brazed diamond products are claimed to be able to cut or grind any material that your conventional carborundum discs can, using the same method, power tools and applications.
