Norman Griffiths

After working for Sladden & Milne for 8 years Norman bought the company. This was 22 years ago. Sladden & Milne was an industrial supply company specializing in selling and distribution of Norton Abrasives, Facom hand tools, Cecrops SRD Discs, Crocell Superwax and general industrial and safety supplies.

Trevor Willis

Director

Trevor joined Norman in January 2001 to launch the "AVANCER" range of diamond products. His primary function is to assist the sales team in promoting and selling the range of "AVANCER" diamond products, to ensure continued market growth, manage stock levels, costing and the general day to day running of the business. Trevors areas cover the whole of Sub-Saharan Africa.

Gilbert Biko

Technical Sales

Gilbert joined Sladden & Milne in January 2002 as an internal salesman. Due to his commitment and hard work he was promoted to an external salesman. Gilbert sells in the following areas: Kwa-Zulu-Natal, Limpopo, North West, Central Gauteng. Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria.

Willie Meyer

Technical Sales

Willie has joined our company as of the 1st October 2010 as a sales representative. He has taken over all the duties and responsibilities of Gavin de Vries to promote and sell the “AVANCER” range of diamond products to the natural stone processors as well as The Building and Construction industries in his relevant areas. His areas are as follows: Western Gauteng, Central Gauteng, Eastern and Eastern and Central Free state, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Rustenburg and Thabazimbi.

Jessica Henstock

Bookkeeper

Jessica has taken over from Tosca. She joined us in April 2008. Her primary responsibilities are to ensure that the accounts department runs smoothly, to ensure that all customer account queries are sorted out timeously, the collection of outstanding monies and any other queries relating to the financial side of the business.

Glorious Chada

Sales Representative

Glorious joined the Company in April 2008.It is her pleasant friendly voice you hear every time you phone into the Company. In July 2010 we had a salesperson resign and Glorius jumped at the opportunity to expand her horizons and applied for the Job as external Sales Representative. She was successful in her application and is currently looking after the following areas: Mpumalanga, including Nelspruit, Middelburg and Witbank. East Rand, Alberton, Alrode, Alrode South, and the Vaal Triangle..

Tsitsi Jeje

Internal Sales Coordinator

Tsitsi joined Sladden & Milne in January 2007. Tsitsis primary function is to ensure that all aspects of internal sales run smoothly on a daily basis and that you recieve your goods timeously.

Mac, as he is fondly known as, joined Sladden & Milne 8 years ago as a driver. Through hard work and loyalty Mac has worked himself up to his present position today.

Tukky joined Sladden & Milne in January 2002. Tukky assists me (Trevor Willis) with stock control and ordering as well as ensuring that the drivers leave timeously everday with the correct products for our customers.

Phillie has been with Sladden & Milne for over 20 years. He is well known and liked by all our customers and suppliers.

Cedric has been a loyal and honest employee for the past eight years. He always has a good sense of humour and is well liked by our customers and suppliers alike.

Patricia has been with Sladden & Milne for 15 years. She comes in twice a week and is responsible for the general office upkeep.
